South Central Settlement and Employment Services
South Central Immigrant Services (SCIS) provides assistance to eligible individuals in the Pembina Valley region of Manitoba.
SCIS is guided by a volunteer board of directors.
South Central Immigrant Services is sponsored by Manitoba Immigrant Integration Program, Department of Labour and Immigration, the Government of Canada Employment Insurance Account, and the Province of Manitoba, in partnership with the Winkler and District Chamber of Commerce.
