Regional Connections
Regional Connections provides settlement, employment and language training services, classrooms, a computer lab and a teachers' resource library all in one convenient location.
Regional Connections is located in the Pembina Valley region of south central Manitoba, an appealing location for newcomers to settle, work, and raise a family. Through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and the region's high employment rate, the Pembina Valley region contains several of the fastest growing communities in the province.
Regional Connections does not assist with the process of immigration, only with settlement after immigrating to south central Manitoba.
Programs offered at Regional Connections include:
- Settlement and employment services for immigrants in the Pembina Valley region, including satellite offices in Altona and Morden, provided by South Central Immigrant Services (SCIS).
Learn More - English as an Additional Language (EAL) classes delivered on a part-time and full-time basis, provided by Pembina Valley Language Education for Adults (PVLEA).
Learn More - The English at Work Program delivers on-site language training specifically designed for learners at a particular workplace. Training length and time vary according to the needs or the workplace.
